Pallet chain conveyor:

One. main structure and features:

Conveyor chain: c10b-2 straight plate double row chain, pitch P=15.875mm.

Chain guide: UHMW with self - lubricating function.

Body: the frame is made of 120x70x15x4mm carbon steel profile. The welded support legs are bolted to the frame. The M20 screw adjusting feet are fixed to the ground.

Guide bar: according to the actual requirements of the project layout, adjustable guardrail, eversion.

Drive device: intermediate drive form, including a deceleration motor, drive shaft assembly, transmission sprocket set and motor base. The motor drives the drive shaft through the sprocket. It drives both ends of the shaft sprocket drive c10b-2 double row conveyor chain.

Accessory device: photoelectric support and end limit baffle.

Surface coating: steel wire brush, sandpaper and other parts of support legs, guardrail, frame, etc., remove rust, acid wash to remove grease, after phosphating surface electrostatic spraying epoxy resin powder and baking, resin thickness between 60 m-90 m.
